Our Mission
As former school teachers for over 2 decades combined, we have a great amount of empathy and compassion for the increasing demands placed on educators. We strive to radically change the health, mindset, and well-being of all educational leaders which ultimately improves the education, growth, and development of all students. We offer our solution through holistic health, mindset and communication trainings.

The Problem
Forward thinking educational leaders KNOW that the personal health of their educators is VITAL, and yet many districts take a “scratch the surface” approach to health. This leads to additional stress, burnout, fatigue, poor performance, and a suboptimal workplace culture for school staff.
Covid-19 acted as a magnifier showing that we need to take care of our health and well-being. The bandaid approaches and “scratch the surface” practices of the past are no longer sufficient. School staff and leadership are demanding a different approach. An approach that educates, motivates, and delivers exceptional results to all school employees.
The last four years have brought to light what has been under the surface for a long time: the current wellness practices are insufficient and lack prevention. This is a recipe for dis-harmony and dis-satisfaction in the school. A new path is needed for schools and educational leaders to meet the demands of the present while continuing to create educational excellence.

Why the name, Greener Shepherd?
You may be wondering why the name Greener Shepherd if we are focused on providing training to educators and school leaders on holistic health, communication, and mindset?
Great question, and we're glad you asked. We love our dogs, and we both have German Shepherds. They remind us of our purpose: to lead (shepherd) educators and leaders to improved health, well-being, relationships, and purpose.
This is the reality for the educational leaders we serve. Not only do they benefit, but so do their classrooms, the school environment, and relationships in their personal lives. This is the power of an individual improving their health, communication, and mindset in sustainable ways.
The old adage, "The grass is greener on the other side" is misleading. What we know to be true is this - "The grass is greener where you water it."
